GRN1005 + trastuzumab is an experimental combination therapy consisting of GRN1005, a peptide-drug conjugate, and trastuzumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting HER2. GRN1005 is designed to deliver paclitaxel across the blood-brain barrier by targeting low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein-1 (LRP-1), allowing it to treat brain metastases.
