GRT-002

GRT-002 is a first-in-class monoclonal antibody developed by Granite Bio that targets and inhibits interleukin-3 (IL-3), a cytokine implicated in autoimmune inflammation, type II inflammation, and fibrotic diseases. By blocking IL-3, GRT-002 aims to modulate key pathways involved in chronic inflammatory, autoimmune, and fibrotic conditions. The drug is being positioned as a novel therapeutic approach for the treatment of itch and allergies as well as broader indications such as pulmonary fibrosis and systemic scleroderma.
