GRT-C901 + GRT-R902 + atezolizumab + ipilimumab is a four-component investigational combination regimen for metastatic colorectal cancer, currently in phase 2/3 clinical trials[1][3][5][7]. These vaccines are designed to stimulate a tailored immune response targeting tumor-specific neoantigens. The combination includes **atezolizumab (a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1/PD-L1)** and **ipilimumab (a monoclonal antibody targeting cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4/CTLA-4)**, both immune checkpoint inhibitors that release inhibitory brakes on antitumor T-cell responses, thus enhancing vaccine-induced immunity[2][3][5][7].
