Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GS102 is a preclinical monoclonal antibody biosimilar of risankizumab (Skyrizi) being developed by Jiangsu Genscend Biopharmaceutical for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. It selectively targets the p19 subunit of interleukin-23 (IL-23), thereby preventing IL-23 from binding to its receptor and blocking downstream inflammatory signaling pathways. The candidate is currently in preclinical/IND-enabling development, with an IND filing projected for Q2 2027 and a BLA filing planned for Q1 2030.
