Overview

**GS19** is a PD-L1/TGF-β dual-targeting monoclonal antibody developed by Gensun Biopharma, featuring genetic engineering modifications to reduce degradation or fragmentation during CHO cell expression, facilitating commercial production and positioning it as a potential best-in-class oncology therapeutic. It exhibits high inhibitory activity against both PD-L1, a key immune checkpoint, and TGF-βR2, which promotes tumor immunosuppression and fibrosis. Kintor Pharmaceutical holds exclusive rights for its clinical development and commercialization in Greater China, with plans to accelerate preclinical studies toward IND filing and explore combinations, such as with an ALK-1 antibody, for advanced liver cancer.[1][4]
