Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GS203 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Genscend Biopharmaceutical as a biosimilar of trastuzumab deruxtecan (Enhertu). It consists of a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload (deruxtecan) via a cleavable linker. GS203 is designed to target and deliver its cytotoxic payload to HER2-expressing tumor cells, inducing DNA damage and apoptosis. It is currently in preclinical/IND-enabling development for the treatment of breast cancer and other HER2-expressing solid tumors.
