Overview

**GSK2302025A** is an investigational intramuscular PRAME-targeted therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by GSK for unresectable, progressive metastatic cutaneous melanoma. It comprises recombinant human preferentially expressed antigen in melanoma protein and the AS15 liposomal immunostimulant system. Vaccination is intended to induce PRAME-specific cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses that recognize and lyse tumor cells overexpressing PRAME. AS15 contains CpG 7909, monophosphoryl lipid A, and QS-21. The GSK-sponsored Phase I/II study NCT01149343 was completed; its Phase I dose-escalation segment was reported in metastatic melanoma.
