Overview

**GSK3339036A** is an investigational, intramuscular AS01E-adjuvanted protein-subunit vaccine developed by GSK to induce immune responses against non-typeable *Haemophilus influenzae* and *Moraxella catarrhalis*, respiratory pathogens associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbations. The exact low-dose formulation contains 10 micrograms of *H. influenzae* protein D, 10 micrograms of the protein E-PilA fusion antigen, and 3.3 micrograms of *M. catarrhalis* ubiquitous surface protein A2. It was evaluated in a completed Phase 1 NTHi-Mcat study and subsequent long-term follow-up. ([cdn.clinicaltrials.gov](https://cdn.clinicaltrials.gov/large-docs/74/NCT02547974/Prot_000.pdf))
