Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GSK4023393A is an investigational meningococcal ABCWY combination vaccine candidate developed by GSK that is intended to provide broad protection against invasive meningococcal disease caused by Neisseria meningitidis serogroups A, B, C, W, and Y in a single product.[6][8] It combines antigenic components from existing MenB and MenACWY vaccines into a next‑generation formulation (MenABCWY-2Gen) and has been evaluated in Phase I/II studies for safety, immunogenicity, and optimal formulation and dosing schedules in adolescents and adults.[6][13] The vaccine elicits serum bactericidal antibodies against all five targeted serogroups and is being developed to simplify immunization regimens and improve coverage compared with separate MenB and MenACWY vaccination.
