**GSK4382276A** is GSK's investigational mRNA-based seasonal influenza vaccine candidate developed initially with CureVac technology. The program has included both an early monovalent influenza candidate and later modified multivalent formulations; the Phase 2 formulation encoded antigens matched to the three WHO-recommended influenza strains and elicited immune responses to influenza A and B strains in younger and older adults. GSK obtained full rights to develop, manufacture, and commercialize the influenza mRNA candidate vaccines from CureVac in 2024.
