GST-HG121

GST-HG121 is a novel small molecule inhibitor targeting hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), developed for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. It acts by inhibiting HBsAg expression, specifically through degradation of RNA associated with HBsAg production. The drug is part of a new class of antivirals aiming to achieve functional cure in HBV by reducing or eliminating circulating HBsAg, which is considered a key endpoint for immune restoration and viral control.
