Overview

GST101 is an oral small molecule inhibitor targeting the RAS pathway, developed by Genuine Seed Therapeutics for the treatment of RAS-mutant advanced solid tumors. It is designed to block oncogenic signaling driven by RAS mutations or amplifications. GST101 is currently being evaluated in a Phase I/II clinical trial as a monotherapy for adult patients with advanced solid tumors, with specific cohorts exploring its efficacy in RAS-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), colorectal cancer, and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
