GT-001 appears to be a designation used for at least three different drug candidates: 1. A small molecule GABA-A receptor modulator developed by Gabather AB for anxiety and psychotic disorders. 2. A NPY receptor agonist developed by Gila Therapeutics for obesity. This version completed a Phase 1 clinical trial that assessed safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of a lingual application in subjects with obesity. 3. An anti-Lewis Y antibody developed by Glycotope GmbH with superior fine-specificity compared to other anti-Lewis Y antibodies. This antibody is being developed for various cancers including breast cancer, colorectal cancer, head and neck cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, and small cell lung cancer.
