GT-008

GT-008 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody developed by Pentixapharm AG that selectively targets a tumor-associated glycosylation form of CD24 (specifically carrying TF/core-1 glycans). While traditional anti-CD24 antibodies often target the protein to block the "don't-eat-me" checkpoint, GT-008 utilizes its glycoform-selective recognition to distinguish between cancerous and normal tissues, serving as a vehicle for the delivery of cytotoxic radionuclides. Preclinical data presented at AACR 2026 demonstrated that GT-008, when labeled with alpha-emitters (e.g., Actinium-225) or beta-emitters (e.g., Lutetium-177), achieves significant tumor growth inhibition and complete remissions in breast cancer models. The antibody is being positioned as a theranostic platform for solid tumors, including female cancers such as breast, endometrial, and ovarian cancer.
