GT-10

GT-10 is a personalized neoantigen-targeted DNA vaccine developed by Geneos Therapeutics for the treatment of anaplastic astrocytoma. As a personalized therapeutic cancer vaccine (PTCV), it is custom-engineered for each patient by identifying tumor-specific neoantigens—unique mutations produced by the patient's cancer cells—through genomic sequencing. The vaccine consists of DNA plasmids encoding these neoantigens, which are designed to stimulate the patient's immune system to generate a robust, neoantigen-specific T-cell response against the tumor. GT-10 has been utilized in a compassionate use setting for anaplastic astrocytoma, an aggressive brain cancer with limited treatment options and a poor prognosis.
