Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GT0010X is an investigational adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector-based gene therapy being developed by ONODERA GT Pharma for the treatment of spinal cord injury (SCI), specifically targeting the chronic phase. The therapy is designed to promote the regeneration of damaged nerve fibers and facilitate the recovery of motor functions by delivering therapeutic genetic material to the site of injury. Developed based on research from Professor Hideyuki Okano's laboratory at Keio University, GT0010X aims to overcome the regenerative failure typically seen in chronic spinal cord lesions. As of 2024, the program is in the preclinical stage of development.
