GT202

GT202 is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy developed by Guangzhou Gillion Biotherapeutics for the treatment of metastatic or recurrent gynecological tumors. The therapy involves the isolation of T cells from a patient's own tumor tissue, followed by ex vivo expansion to generate a large population of tumor-reactive lymphocytes. These cells are then re-infused into the patient, typically following a non-myeloablative lymphodepletion regimen, to target and eliminate cancer cells by recognizing a broad spectrum of tumor-associated antigens and neoantigens.
