Overview

GT307 is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including advanced colorectal adenocarcinoma and other malignant solid neoplasms. The therapy involves isolating TILs from a patient's own tumor tissue, expanding them ex vivo, and then reinfusing them into the patient. Upon administration back into the patient, these autologous TILs specifically recognize and kill the patient's tumor cells[4]. This approach leverages the natural ability of lymphocytes to target cancer cells and is being developed as a form of personalized immunotherapy[1][2][3][4][6].
