Overview
**GT719** is an investigational cell therapy classified as a TIL (tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte) therapy, specifically developed for the treatment of hematological malignancies expressing CD19, such as relapsed or refractory adult B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) and B-acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Its mechanism involves modulation of the CD19 antigen present on B-lymphocytes, which is a validated therapeutic target in various B-cell malignancies. GT719 is currently being evaluated in phase I/II clinical trials for its safety, preliminary efficacy, and cellular pharmacokinetics in this patient population.
