Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**GT801** is an investigational in vivo CAR-T therapy developed using T-cell-targeted lipid nanoparticles (T-LNPs) to deliver mRNA encoding an anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). It leverages Grit Biotechnology's proprietary CLAMP technology for precise T-cell targeting and minimal off-target effects, enabling systemic administration, repeat dosing, and potent CAR-T cell generation without lymphodepleting chemotherapy. GT801 targets CD19-positive B-cell hematologic malignancies, inducing deep B-cell depletion, CAR-T expansion, and preliminary partial responses in early clinical data from relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients.[1][2][3][7]
