GT80x

GT80x is an experimental *in vivo* chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Vivacta Bio. The candidate utilizes a proprietary T-cell-targeted lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery system to transport mRNA encoding a CAR directly into a patient's T cells within the body. This *in vivo* approach is designed to generate CAR-T cells internally, potentially offering a more scalable and redosable alternative to traditional *ex vivo* CAR-T cell therapies. While specific target antigens for GT80x have not been disclosed, the therapy is part of a pipeline focused on treating hematological malignancies and autoimmune diseases.
