GT929 is a small molecule molecular glue degrader developed by Gluetacs Therapeutics for the treatment of hematological malignancies. It functions by promoting the targeted degradation of the Ikaros family zinc finger proteins IKZF1 (Ikaros) and IKZF3 (Aiolos). Preclinical data suggest that GT929 exhibits high selectivity and potency, with the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier and concentrate in lymphatic lesions. It is currently being investigated in Phase 1/2a clinical trials for patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma (rrNHL), including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma, as well as relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (rrMM). The drug has received IND approval from China's NMPA and the US FDA.
