Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GTE-001 is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy under development by Grit Biotechnology for the treatment of advanced adenocarcinoma, including lung adenocarcinoma. The product consists of T cells isolated from a patient's own tumor, expanded ex vivo, and then re-infused to target and attack cancer cells. It is administered via injection and represents a form of cell therapy designed to harness the patient’s immune system against malignancy. As of now, it is in phase 1 clinical trials in China for adenocarcinoma[1][2][3].
