Overview

**GTP-004** is an investigational oral fixed-dose combination of pyridostigmine and ondansetron developed for muscle weakness associated with myasthenia gravis. Pyridostigmine is a reversible acetylcholinesterase inhibitor that increases acetylcholine availability at the neuromuscular junction, while ondansetron is a serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist intended to reduce pyridostigmine-related gastrointestinal adverse effects such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The asset was later referred to as GTB-004 and DAS-MG, and its successor program DAS-001 entered a Phase 2 study in anti-acetylcholine receptor antibody-positive myasthenia gravis.
