Overview

GTP-201 is an adeno-associated virus (AAV)-delivered gene therapy candidate being developed for the treatment of Frontotemporal dementia. It was licensed by Passage Bio from the University of Pennsylvania's Gene Therapy Program (GTP) in February 2019. Under this agreement, GTP is responsible for preclinical development, while Passage Bio manages clinical development, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and commercialization.
