Overview

Gubenkangmin (also known as Gubenkangmin granules or formula) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal preparation developed by the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine. It is specifically formulated for the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). The formula follows TCM principles of strengthening the root (Guben) and resisting allergy (Kangmin). It has been evaluated in randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials to assess its efficacy in reducing the Urticaria Activity Score (UAS) and preventing recurrence in patients with chronic urticaria.
