Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Guna-Interleukin 10 is a low-dose homeopathic medicinal product developed by GUNA S.p.A. utilizing proprietary Sequential Kinetic Activation (SKA) technology. It contains Interleukin-10 (IL-10) at a 4C dilution, resulting in concentrations in the picogram to femtogram range. The product is designed to modulate the immune system by supplementing anti-inflammatory cytokine signaling, thereby reducing chronic inflammation. It is primarily used for the management of chronic pain and inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and osteoporosis. In clinical settings, it has been evaluated for its ability to maintain remission or low disease activity in early rheumatoid arthritis, often in combination with other low-dose cytokines like IL-4 and anti-IL-1.
