Overview
GuYanLin is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation primarily indicated for the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis, bone tuberculosis, and various inflammatory or degenerative bone conditions. Developed and manufactured by Guangxi Yulin Pharmaceutical, the drug is composed of a complex mixture of herbal extracts, including *Spatholobus suberectus*, *Drynaria fortunei*, *Epimedium brevicornu*, *Rehmannia glutinosa*, and *Psoralea corylifolia*. Its therapeutic effects are attributed to its ability to promote blood circulation, resolve blood stasis, and stimulate bone regeneration. In clinical practice, it is used to alleviate pain, reduce swelling, and facilitate the healing of necrotic bone tissue by modulating the local inflammatory environment and supporting osteoblastic activity. The formulation is typically administered orally in tablet or capsule form.
