Overview
**GWZ002** is an oral traditional Chinese medicine granule formulation developed for **acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease**. The formula originated from a long-developed clinical-experience prescription associated with Henan University of Chinese Medicine and was transferred to Ginwa Pharmaceutical Factory for further development and commercialization. It received Chinese clinical-trial authorization in October 2024, and Ginwa subsequently initiated procurement for a Phase II clinical trial in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
