GX-03

**GX-03** is Turn Therapeutics' investigational, extended-release topical polyhexanide formulation delivered in a petrolatum-based PermaFusion suspension platform. It is designed for localized, non-systemic treatment of inflammatory skin disease, principally moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. GX-03 modulates the cutaneous epithelial microenvironment and has been reported to reduce production or release of IL-36 alpha, IL-36 gamma, IL-31, and IL-4 in preclinical dermatitis models; IL-36 modulation is positioned as an upstream intervention in inflammatory skin signaling, while IL-31 reduction may address pruritus. GX-03 is being evaluated as a topical ointment in an adaptive Phase 2 atopic dermatitis study and has also been developed for onychomycosis.
