GX-30 is a recombinant human thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) analogue being developed by Genexine as an injectable biologic to support the management of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer, particularly in the setting of total or near-total thyroidectomy. As an exogenous TSH, GX-30 is intended to transiently stimulate thyroid tissue or residual thyroid cancer cells via the thyroid stimulating hormone receptor, enabling diagnostic procedures and therapeutic radioiodine administration without prolonged endogenous TSH elevation from thyroid hormone withdrawal. Early clinical work focuses on assessing its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamic effects in thyroidectomized patients.
