Overview

GXCPC1 is an allogeneic adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell (ADSC) therapy developed by Gwo Xi Stem Cell Applied Technology. It is currently under clinical investigation for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. The therapy involves the intra-articular injection of stem cells harvested from healthy donors, which are processed and expanded to therapeutic quantities. These cells are intended to function through paracrine signaling, releasing a variety of growth factors and anti-inflammatory cytokines that modulate the local immune environment and promote the repair of damaged articular cartilage. By addressing the underlying inflammatory and degenerative processes, GXCPC1 aims to alleviate pain and improve joint function in patients with osteoarthritis.
