Overview

GXNPC1 is an autologous adipose-derived stem cell (ADSC) therapy developed by Gwo Xi Stem Cell Applied Technology for the treatment of chronic stroke. The therapy involves the surgical transplantation of a patient's own adipose-tissue derived stem cells into the brain tissue surrounding an ischemic infarct (peri-infarct area). This regenerative medicine approach is designed to promote neural repair and functional recovery in adult patients (typically aged 65-80) who have suffered a chronic non-hemorrhagic stroke more than six months prior. The treatment aims to leverage the paracrine and regenerative potential of mesenchymal stem cells to improve neurological outcomes.
