Overview

GXV-006 is an investigational small molecule drug candidate being developed by GEXVal for the treatment of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease (PD), such as sleep disorders, autonomic dysfunction, depression, anxiety, and cognitive impairment. The program was selected to receive research funding of approximately $1.3 million from The Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF) under its Parkinson's Disease Therapeutics Pipeline Program to support preclinical research using multiple Parkinson's disease animal models. GXV-006 was identified using GEXVal's proprietary AI-driven pharmacoinformatics platform, RePhaIND, which is designed to discover hidden therapeutic potential in existing drug candidates.
