Gynecological YangXue granule (Fuke Yangxue Keli) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospital preparation developed by the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine. It is a multi-herb formulation traditionally used to treat menstrual disorders such as menostaxis (prolonged or irregular menstruation) and dysmenorrhea by 'nourishing blood and regulating menstruation.' In recent clinical practice and research, it has been specifically utilized to manage cesarean scar diverticulum (CSD), also known as cesarean scar syndrome.
