Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GYNORYLAQ (specifically GYNORYLAQ-TM) is a personalized neoantigenic peptide vaccine developed by Biogenea Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of high-risk or recurrent endometrial carcinoma. The vaccine is designed using the GYNORYLAQ-EC™ quantum-classical engine, which identifies patient-specific neoantigens to elicit a targeted T-cell immune response. It is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials (e.g., the GYNORYLAQ-VLINIVAL study) in combination with standard-of-care regimens. The vaccine is manufactured to GMP standards and is tailored to the unique genetic profile of each patient's tumor.
