Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GYNSKILL (also referred to as GynSkill) is an autologous adipose-derived stem cell (ADSC) therapy developed by the Bioscience Institute for vulvovaginal rejuvenation and the treatment of conditions such as postmenopausal vaginal atrophy, vaginal dryness, flaccidity, urinary incontinence, lichen sclerosus of the vulvar region, and female sexual dysfunction. The procedure involves harvesting a small fat sample (approximately 20 cc) from the patient, from which mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are isolated, expanded in vitro, and subsequently injected into the vulvovaginal tissues. Once administered, these expanded stem cells release various regenerative growth factors, promote mucosal repair and vascularization, and stimulate the synthesis of collagen and elastin to restore tissue elasticity, moisture, and physiological function.
