Drug intelligence / Profile preview
H101 is a neoantigen vaccine developed by TCRCure Biotech for the treatment of Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG). The vaccine specifically targets the H3K27M mutation, a recurrent genetic alteration found in the majority of DMG cases that creates a highly specific tumor neoantigen. By presenting this mutation-derived peptide to the immune system, H101 is designed to stimulate a targeted T-cell response against glioma cells expressing the H3K27M mutation. The program is currently in Phase 1 clinical development, aiming to provide a precision immunotherapy option for this aggressive pediatric brain tumor.
