Overview

H1710 is a novel, investigational compound developed by Shenzhen Hepalink Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. It is classified as a Class 1 chemical drug and is described as a heparin derivative with low anticoagulant activity. H1710 functions as a highly efficient and selective heparanase inhibitor. Heparanase is an enzyme frequently overexpressed in various tumors and is implicated in tumor growth and metastasis. H1710 exerts its anti-tumor pharmacological activity by competitively binding to heparanase, thereby inhibiting its activity and expression. Preclinical studies have demonstrated its significant anti-tumor effects in various animal models. The drug is currently undergoing a Phase Ia clinical study to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics in participants with advanced solid tumors.
