Overview

h1B11-12 is a humanized, high-affinity monoclonal antibody that targets and neutralizes granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), a cytokine involved in immune system regulation. Developed by ME Therapeutics, this biological drug is designed to block G-CSF activity, thereby modulating the suppressive effects of myeloid cells in the tumor microenvironment to enhance anti-cancer immunity. The primary focus for h1B11-12 is immuno-oncology, particularly for cancers such as breast and colorectal cancer. Preclinical studies have demonstrated its ability to bind and neutralize human G-CSF both in vitro and in vivo[1][2][3].
