**h5A10** is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody derived from the murine 5A10, specifically targeting free prostate-specific antigen (fPSA), a validated biomarker for prostate cancer. Developed by Diaprost AB in collaboration with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, it enables theranostic applications by delivering radionuclides such as **111In** for imaging, **177Lu** for beta-emission therapy, and alpha-emitters for targeted treatment of metastatic and castration-resistant prostate cancer (PCa). Preclinical studies in LNCaP xenograft mouse models and non-human primates demonstrate high tumor specificity, favorable biodistribution with peak tumor uptake at 48 hours, low off-target accumulation, and effective radionuclide delivery to androgen receptor-driven prostate tissue, positioning it as a promising agent for non-invasive diagnosis and therapy in advanced PCa with high unmet need.[1][2][3][4][5]
