Drug intelligence / Profile preview
H92A5 is a fully human monoclonal antibody fragment in the single-chain variable fragment (scFv) format that targets prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). It was developed using phage display technology and further optimized through affinity maturation, specifically targeting the CDR2 loops of the antibody heavy chain to achieve a high binding affinity with a dissociation constant (KD) of 16 nM. H92A5 has demonstrated strong and specific tumor binding in preclinical animal models, making it a promising scaffold for the development of next-generation tumor-targeted therapeutics, such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) or radiopharmaceuticals, for the treatment of prostate cancer.
