HA35 is a low molecular weight (approximately 35 kDa) fragment of hyaluronan generated by enzymatic digestion of high molecular weight hyaluronan using recombinant human hyaluronidase PH20 or bovine testes-derived hyaluronidase. It is notable for its outstanding tissue penetrability and rapid binding to cellular or tissue receptors. Clinical studies have demonstrated its efficacy in alleviating pain, particularly in cancer and bone metastasis patients resistant to conventional treatments. The mechanism of action may involve modulation of the calcium channel TRPV1, contributing to its analgesic effects[1][3]. Subcutaneous injection into the deep fat tissue layer has been shown to provide significant pain relief and improve quality of life in advanced cancer patients[1][3].
