HAb18 is a murine monoclonal antibody that specifically targets CD147 (also known as basigin or EMMPRIN), a cell surface glycoprotein overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and other cancers. The binding of HAb18 to CD147 inhibits cancer cell proliferation and migration, making it useful as an anticancer agent.
