HAdV-5 TMM2 is a **replication-deficient recombinant human adenovirus serotype 5 (HAdV-5) vector** encoding three full-length melanoma-associated tumor antigens: **Tyrosinase**, **MART-1**, and **MAGE-A6**. It is designed as a cancer vaccine to activate cellular immunity against melanoma by simultaneously presenting multiple tumor antigens to the immune system, aiming to induce robust type 1 CD8^+^ and CD4^+^ T cell responses as well as enhance NK cell activation. The vector is used to transduce dendritic cells (DC), which then present both the viral vector-derived antigens and the encoded tumor antigens, promoting anti-tumor cellular immunity. Development is focused on melanoma immunotherapy in clinical trials[1].
