Hailun Capsule is a Mongolian traditional medicine (MTM) developed by the Mongolian Medicine College of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities. It is primarily investigated for the treatment of ischemic stroke during the early recovery phase, specifically for patients presenting with blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome. As a traditional preparation, it is designed to promote blood circulation, resolve blood stasis, and clear the meridians and collaterals to improve neurological function following a cerebral infarction. The drug has been evaluated in Phase II clinical trials in China to assess its safety and efficacy in patients with large-artery atherosclerosis in the anterior circulation.
