haiscorubritinib (HG030) is a novel, second-generation small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor developed by HitGen, Inc. It is designed to target and inhibit Neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor (NTRK) and Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase ROS (ROS1) fusion proteins. This drug is being investigated for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors that harbor NTRK and ROS1 gene fusions.
