Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Haloeye Ultra is a preservative-free artificial tear solution developed by Eyekare Kilitch for the management of dry eye disease and related ocular surface conditions. The formulation contains 0.3% w/v sodium hyaluronate, a naturally occurring biopolymer characterized by high visco-elasticity and water-binding capacity. It utilizes MDFP (Moisture Delivery Polymer Film) technology to ensure rapid tear film stabilization and prolonged lubrication of the ocular surface. Haloeye Ultra is indicated for conditions including chronic dry eye, digital eye strain, and post-operative recovery following LASIK or cataract surgery. By mimicking the behavior of natural tears, it provides a protective shield, restores tear film balance, and promotes the healing of the corneal epithelium.
