Overview

This is a hypothetical or non-standard combination of five antipsychotic drugs: haloperidol, pimozide, olanzapine, risperidone, and amisulpride. All are used individually to treat psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and Tourette's syndrome. They act primarily as antagonists at dopamine D2 receptors but differ in their receptor binding profiles and side effect risks. Combining multiple antipsychotics from both typical (haloperidol, pimozide) and atypical (olanzapine, risperidone, amisulpride) classes is not standard clinical practice due to increased risk of adverse effects—including QT prolongation and extrapyramidal symptoms—and lack of evidence for improved efficacy over monotherapy[1][9]. No approved pharmaceutical product contains all five agents together.
