Overview

haNK is a proprietary, genetically engineered human natural killer (NK) cell therapy platform developed for cancer immunotherapy. These NK cells are modified to express a high-affinity Fc receptor (CD16/FcγRIIIa), enabling them to bind more effectively to the Fc region of therapeutic antibodies and enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) against tumor cells. The haNK platform is designed to be used alone or in combination with monoclonal antibody therapies, aiming to improve the targeting and elimination of cancer cells. Clinical development has included phase I trials for solid tumors, with further advancements leading to t-haNK variants that incorporate chimeric antigen receptors for additional specificity[5][6].
